OLRB announces Todd Ernsberger as new shareholder.

COLUMBUS, OHIO (August 9, 2012) Onda, LaBuhn, Rankin and Boggs Co. LPA announced June 1, 2012 the admission of Todd Ernsberger as a new shareholder of the firm. Todd joined OLRB in 2002 as a law clerk attending Capital University. A decade later, Todd has demonstrated success is driven by a high standard of professionalism and integrity toward clients, opposing counsel, and others in the community.

Todd maintains a broad advisory and transactional practice related to Business, Taxation, Real Estate, and Tax Deferred Exchanges. His clientele base includes doctors, lawyers and business people who work for and own some of the most prominent companies in Central Ohio and across the country.

Todd earned his J.D. in 2003 and his L.L.M. in business and taxation in 2004, both from Capital University Law School. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Capital Law School since 2007, teaching Taxation of Business Entities, Taxation of Real Estate, Advanced Tax Problems and Limited Liability Companies.

Todd was selected as the 2010 Graduate of the Last Decade Award recipient by the Capital University Law Alumni Association. He also served as the President of the Capital University Law Alumni Association Board and as an ex-officio member of the Capital University Law School Board of Counselors in 2011 and 2012.
