OLRB Participates in Ho Ho Hope for the Holidays Celebration

COLUMBUS, OHIO (December 7, 2012) Onda, LaBuhn, Rankin & Boggs is proud and honored to announce its participation in and contribution to the “Ho Ho Hope for the Holidays” campaign, which is hosted by The Open Shelter of Columbus. The campaign, which provides holiday cheer and help to the homeless and marginally housed of Central Ohio, is in its eighth year.

Participation with this and similar campaigns have become endearing events for the OLRB family. “It is easy to go about our daily lives and overlook the struggles that the less fortunate endure,” says OLRB shareholder, Matt LaBuhn, “but I think our firm’s participation with the Open Shelter has really opened our collective eyes and made us understand how much the gift of time and energy can mean, especially during the holiday season. I am especially proud that our firm has taken this cause to heart.”

In addition to the holiday meal and good cheer provided to the hundreds of men, women and children that attend its holiday celebration, The Open Shelter, through the contributions and participation of its many supporters, is able to provide holiday gifts to those that may otherwise be left without. OLRB encourages you to consider joining us in reaching out during this holiday season to The Open Shelter or other worthy organizations that make a special difference in the lives of those in the most need.

For those interested in assisting with gift items for The Open Shelter holiday celebration donations of a number of items are needed to help fill gift bags, including small (hotel/trial size) bottles of shampoo, shower gel, lotion, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable razors, shaving cream, lip balm, women’s feminine hygiene items, brushes/combs, deodorant, gloves, socks, scarves and winter hats in all sizes, small bags of candy and snacks, and sealable plastic bags. Gift cards are also welcome especially from fast food restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, and department stores, as well as COTA daily and monthly bus passes. For further information about The Open Shelter and how to help this holiday season, please view its webpage at www.theopenshelter.com.

Happy Holidays from the OLRB family!
