Representative transactions and cases:

Representation of an upstart company dealing in international security and support personnel services for the U.S. government. After an extensive vetting process, OLRB was selected due to our extensive experience and the ability to communicate easily and efficiently with the client. The firm worked closely with the client to ensure that the international security company was structured and positioned to meet the demanding needs of the industry and drafted the company employee manual and employment agreements with appropriate restrictive covenants. Additionally we negotiated with independent contractors, and assisted with issues involving a competitor company.
